Five (5) Websites You Can Use To Monetize Your Blog

In blogging, content is KING. Without great content,  readers will not want to return to your blog. Therefore, you will have to know your market or niche in order to provide the content they are interesting in. Just looking around the blogging community I am in awe of some of the content that is out there.

On the other hand, I am also aware that there are bloggers that place more emphasis on promoting products instead of writing the content we love to read. I am in no way judging these bloggers, it works for them. However, if your like me you are afraid to cross that line, because somehow you are afraid of betraying your loyal readers.

With all of this in mind,  I wanted to provide the information about sites that assist in monetizing blogs. In my opinion, you can monetize your blog without 'selling out' so to speak.

What does it mean to monetize your blog?

Website monetization is the process of converting existing traffic being sent to a particular website into revenue.  Often bloggers sign up with Ad. Networks that connect them with advertisers. They are then paid a fee for product reviews, per click ads, etc.

Here are five (5) sites that you can use to monetize your blog:

  1. These are great! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Thanks for the post! As a newbie mom blogger I am just learning the ins and outs of blogging... I also like to post great content, but I haven't figured how to do that and get viewers as well as revenue... I'm still at the 4 page views a day stage... I'll certainly take a look at the sites you list here!
    Thanks again!

  3. Thank you for the awesome recs! I only am working with blogvertise. I'm going to have to give the others a try!

P.S. thanks for linking up to the GTKY blog hop! :)

  4. Thanks for the info! I am going to check out three of the links after I post this. I am new to blogger, there is so much to learn. Esp when it comes to monetizing your blog. I never know which sites I should check out. Glad I found you in a hop :) I hope you will return the follow love

  5. This was a great post. I am a somewhat new blogger and these are great resources. I'm a new follower from the FNF blog hop. I'm off to your FB page now too!

  6. I was just trying to think of ways to earn money doing what I love on my blog a few days ago! I did see a group for monetizing your blog on Blogaholic too. I wonder if these actually work because I know Adsense sure doesn't... Plus, Adsense makes you have to do this crazy setup on your computer browser which lowers the security level to fight off computer viruses.

  7. I am a new fan from Madame Deals please enter one of my contests I have $200 in jewelry and more

    Thank you

  8. Thanks for sharing this!!

    Have a blessed Sunday!

  9. I belong to all this site you mentioned, but unfortunately some of them take bloggers for granted. Payperpost is the worst. An advertiser will ask you to write a post containing 200 words for just $5. I wish people writing it good luck.I belong to a site where i publish not even up to 200 words for $20..And i get like 3 post per week to write. Thanks for sharing and i hope you have a great week. Don't forget to link up in Exposure 99% weekday hop starting tonight..xx

  10. cool, thanks for sharing!
hope your weekend is great, too!

  11. Thanks so much for posting this information. I have been toying with monetizing my blog. Appreciate your insite.

  12. Thanks for the information. Like May rightly said, most of these advertisers will want a blogger to write a post with almost nothing. It's sad that most bloggers still rush to grab such offers. I hope that they should stop seeing bloggers as jobless people who will always grab anything.

  13. Coincidentally, I just got my first "decent" offer from Blogvertise today. We'll see how it goes...Lol.

We missed out on the heyday of payperpost where bloggers were easily making hundreds per month. ~sigh~

If you looking for a more passive income (somewhat similar to Adsense), try

With projectwonderful, advertisers bid to be on your blog. So, if the ad is up, then you have been paid. The amount is based on traffic so work hard to get more traffic and you'll instantly start earning more money.

  14. Vital info for a newbie like me :)
Hi, following from Mombloggers. Please feel free to follow me back at:

    My Twitter is:!/DMochaTraveler

  15. Thank you so much for this! I truly enjoy blogging and find it cathartic, but if I could supplement in SOME way, my family members would maybe be less hostile toward me about my time spent on the computer! ;o)
