Positive Monday- How Strong are You?
Five years ago on May 23rd i got the news that someone very special to me was killed in the line of duty. I crashed!!! Then I learnt that this person, whom I trusted, totally abused my trust and deceived me. I felt like my world had crashed. I felt a hurt and pain that was indescribable.
Why am i relating this experience. I want you to know that we are all stronger than we think.You might think you are at the end of your rope, your world has been destroyed. But, remember your not build to break.

A friend of mine told me, after I'd gone through some really really difficult times...
'it's not that that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger, it's that it makes you wiser,' ...so the next time you go through really tough times, you have better knowledge of how to cope.
