Five (5) Websites You Can Use To Monetize Your Blog

In blogging, content is KING. Without great content,  readers will not want to return to your blog. Therefore, you will have to know your market or niche in order to provide the content they are interesting in. Just looking around the blogging community I am in awe of some of the content that is out there.

On the other hand, I am also aware that there are bloggers that place more emphasis on promoting products instead of writing the content we love to read. I am in no way judging these bloggers, it works for them. However, if your like me you are afraid to cross that line, because somehow you are afraid of betraying your loyal readers.

With all of this in mind,  I wanted to provide the information about sites that assist in monetizing blogs. In my opinion, you can monetize your blog without 'selling out' so to speak.

What does it mean to monetize your blog?

Website monetization is the process of converting existing traffic being sent to a particular website into revenue.  Often bloggers sign up with Ad. Networks that connect them with advertisers. They are then paid a fee for product reviews, per click ads, etc.

Here are five (5) sites that you can use to monetize your blog:

  6. I was just trying to think of ways to earn money doing what I love on my blog a few days ago! I did see a group for monetizing your blog on Blogaholic too. I wonder if these actually work because I know Adsense sure doesn't... Plus, Adsense makes you have to do this crazy setup on your computer browser which lowers the security level to fight off computer viruses.

  9. I belong to all this site you mentioned, but unfortunately some of them take bloggers for granted. Payperpost is the worst. An advertiser will ask you to write a post containing 200 words for just $5. I wish people writing it good luck.I belong to a site where i publish not even up to 200 words for $20..And i get like 3 post per week to write. Thanks for sharing and i hope you have a great week. Don't forget to link up in Exposure 99% weekday hop starting tonight..xx

  12. Thanks for the information. Like May rightly said, most of these advertisers will want a blogger to write a post with almost nothing. It's sad that most bloggers still rush to grab such offers. I hope that they should stop seeing bloggers as jobless people who will always grab anything.

  13. Coincidentally, I just got my first "decent" offer from Blogvertise today. We'll see how it goes...Lol.

We missed out on the heyday of payperpost where bloggers were easily making hundreds per month. ~sigh~

If you looking for a more passive income (somewhat similar to Adsense), try
    https://www.projectwonderful.com/?tag=46259.

With projectwonderful, advertisers bid to be on your blog. So, if the ad is up, then you have been paid. The amount is based on traffic so work hard to get more traffic and you'll instantly start earning more money.

  15. Thank you so much for this! I truly enjoy blogging and find it cathartic, but if I could supplement in SOME way, my family members would maybe be less hostile toward me about my time spent on the computer! ;o)
